Play tournament golf weekly at The Preserve at Eisenhower. Join today and play in the the 18 Hole Saturday Series and 9 Hole Wednesday Series all for one dues payment. EISENHOWER SENIOR MEN'S
The Eisenhower Senior Men's Golf Club, hereafter identified as ESMGC, has been formed for the purpose of promoting interest in the sport of golf by providing an opportunity for its members to participate in the sport as well as to encourage a friendly relationship among its members. ESMGC is open to all men over the age of 60.

The Eisenhower Women’s Golf Association (EWGA) is an 18- hole league, located at the newly renovated The Preserve at Eisenhower Golf Course.

League play is on Wednesdays Mornings from April 1-thru October.

The objective and purpose of the Eisenhower Ladies 9-Hole Golf Association (ELGA) is to promote, foster, regulate, develop, and conduct amateur golf activities among the membership.

Play begins Wednesdays spring through fall!

Chesapeake Ladies Golf Association (CLGA) is one of the friendliest and most fun women's golf leagues in the Mid-Atlantic Region. We offer 9- and 18-hole playing opportunities for women of all skill levels.

League Play is on Thursday evenings between 4 - 6pm for nine (9) holes.  Starting in May, the second Thursday of the month is Charity Night with a shotgun start (when possible) at 5pm

Championships & Invitationals – Eligibility for men’s and women’s state championships and invitationals conducted from April to October

One-Day Events – Eligibility and reduced entry fees for 6 events at private courses, open to men and women of all ages and abilities. Fun formats include Four-Ball, Stableford, and more.

Hole-in-One Club – Have you made a hole-in-one? Members are eligible for listing on the Hole-in-One club honor roll and will also receive a certificate suitable for framing.

Handicap Index® – Members receive official Handicap Index® to track their progress, compete with friends, and play in MSGA events. A Handicap Index provides every golfer – regardless of age, gender or skill level – with a universal measure of playing ability under the World Handicap System™.

GHIN Services – Members can post scores and track their statistics from ghin.com and the GHIN Mobile App. The GHIN Mobile App also includes other tools to make your golf experience more enjoyable:

  • GPS and course maps for thousands of courses worldwide.
  • Option to upgrade to Enhanced GPS for additional features, including putt break maps, approach shot heat maps, shot tracking and more.
  • Games/Score Keeping which allows you to set up and track a match (using Net or Gross Score) as well as keep and digitally transfer scores to other GHIN golfers in your group.

Golf Maryland eMagazine – Before it’s available on our website, members receive the newest issue of the MSGA’s digital magazine directly to their inbox. Each issue has an array of content suited to MSGA golfers including features on holes, courses, and individual members from MSGA clubs, historical articles, educational material on the Rules of Golf and Handicapping, golf travel opportunities, and much more.

CLUB BENEFITS

USGA Course Ratings – Member clubs receive a men’s and women’s course and slope rating every ten years, free of charge ($3,000 value).

Team Championship – Member clubs are eligible to compete in the annual Men’s Team Championship, Women’s Team Championship and Senior Team Championship, interclub matches between clubs.

Rules of Golf Seminars – Member clubs can request a Rules of Golf presentation conducted by the MSGA for their membership, free of charge

Scholarship Program – Employees or children of employees of MSGA member clubs are eligible to apply for a college scholarship.

Member Club Directory – Listing in the online directory, exclusively for our member clubs. Features an interactive map, key personnel, website link and driving directions.

Host Tournaments – The ability to host MSGA championships, one-day events, and USGA qualifiers to boost revenue and gain club exposure.

Annual Meeting – Board and staff of member clubs are invited to attend as guests at the Annual Meeting of the MSGA held in November.

Golf Industry Services – The MSGA contributes to and serves the game in various ways, such as sponsoring the Emmet Gary Turf Scholarships at the University of Maryland, assisting with intercollegiate competitions, and monitoring and lobbying state legislation impacting golf and turfgrass industries.

MID-ATLANTIC PGA

The Middle Atlantic Section of The PGA (MAPGA), located in Stafford, Virginia, is one of 41 Sections of The Professional Golfers’ Association of America, headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

The MAPGA has been a part of The PGA since 1925, and consists of over 1,100 members and apprentices in Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia and small portions of Pennsylvania and West Virginia. There are over 900,000 golfers playing more than 16.5 million rounds of golf a season in the Middle Atlantic region.

As player development remains a driving force in the golf industry, the MAPGA provides a wide variety of programs and assistance to support its members who teach the game, promote goodwill and share the game’s values to their golfing customers and their communities in general. Locally, MAPGA Professionals assist in raising over $6 million annually for charities.
